Located in the cellars of a 400-year-old, Grade-I listed Hensol Castle, Hensol Castle Distillery has been producing its own brand of award-winning gin since late 2021 and the distillery is now releasing its own brand of spiced rum. Hensol Castle Cherry Spiced Rum is a triple distilled Caribbean base rum distilled for a fourth time and infused with red cherry. Experience an explosion of ripe cherries upon the first sip, the sweetness of Maraschino and Red Cherries, accented with the slight sourness and tart cherry flavoring of Morello Cherry. Creamy vanilla sweeps across the palate, intertwining with mild spices that linger gently from mid to end. Indulge in the enticing aroma of a classic Cherry Bakewell, awaken nostalgic sensations and setting the stage for a truly decadent experience.
